Pet Friendly Policies
Only few rooms are enabled to receive pets. Please Ask in Front Desk about the regulations and price.
- We allow a maximun of 2 pets per room (Limit of weight: 20 kg)
- We have specific Pet Friendly Suits located on the ground floor.
- We always welcome Emotional Support Animals (ESA) and Individual Service Animals (SA), with a 50% discount, nevertheless, the owner must present official documents that certificate pet health condition. Documentation like Health and Sanity, a Vet Certificate + Animal ID, legitimate service certificate, in order to apply the 50% discount.
- Please show an updated Pet Vaccination Record.
- The pet owner compromises to keep her/his pet on leash in every common area, and also keeping a watch on it anytime, in and out of the room.
- Pets are not allowed to be around in flat roof areas, the pool area or the restaurant and dinning saloons (We have a designated area in the restaurant to guard them in).
- Please, our gardens areas are not pooping spots. We invite you to conduct your pets to do their necessities behind your room, at the ground and always care to carry with you a special bag for these events.
- Keep your pet out the bedrooms, sofas, loungers, and etc or to wear any room clothing.
- Be respectful with the other guest people in the hotel. Keep your pet under watch every moment and don’t allow them get close with the other guests and pets.
- Try to keep in order the barking and emotional outbursts of your pets, in order to keep a calmness ambience. We take seriously any complains about it, we have a policy of cancelation of the Room Hospitality, applying an impartial criterion.
- When you book with us, you agree to respect all of this and even compensate Hotel Tripui in a case of complaints or any damage related to your pet behavior in any of our hotel sections or if they were involved in any incident related with another animal during you stay, also including any noise complaints from other guests and third parties.
- If you don’t follow and respect any of these conditions established by the Hotel Management, it will be a final cause for the termination of your stay, without any compensations of Rooms Payment and neither for your pet stay. We encourage you to be respectful to these conditions.
- The Hotel will be not held responsible of any illness or medical problem.
The consequences for failing this hotel rules will cause cancellation without refund of the room and pet payment.
